1bdtk Terms & Conditions

2.1 Eligibility Requirements. To register a 1bdtk account, you must: (a) be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration; (b) be a natural person (corporate accounts are not accepted); (c) not be a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction; (d) not be a current or former employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a 1bdtk employee or contractor; and (e) not already hold an active or suspended 1bdtk account under any identity.

2.2 Accurate Information. When registering, you must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. 1bdtk relies on this information for identity verification, payment processing, and responsible gaming monitoring. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension.

2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual is entitled to maintain exactly one 1bdtk account. If 1bdtk identifies that you hold or have held multiple accounts, all accounts may be suspended, all bonus balances forfeited, and any winnings generated while the duplicate account was active may be voided. Real-money balances deposited by you will be returned to the original payment source after verification.

2.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 1bdtk immediately at [email protected]. 1bdtk will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to safeguard your credentials.

2.5 Identity Verification (KYC). 1bdtk operates a mandatory KYC process. Withdrawal requests above ৳5,000 (or any amount flagged by our risk systems) will be held pending successful completion of identity verification. Required documents typically include: a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, or driving licence, plus confirmation of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of the registered bKash or Nagad account showing the mobile number). 1bdtk may request additional documentation at its sole discretion. Failure to provide KYC documents within 14 days of a request will result in account suspension.

2.6 Bangladesh Market & Legal Compliance. You acknowledge that it is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using 1bdtk complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. 1bdtk makes no representation that its services are lawful in your location. Players from Bangladesh access the platform at their own discretion and in accordance with their local legal obligations.

4.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers made available by 1bdtk are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail only in respect of that promotion.

4.2 Welcome Bonus. New 1bdtk players are eligible for a 100% deposit match bonus up to ৳20,000 on their first real-money deposit. To qualify, the minimum eligible first deposit is ৳500. The welcome bonus is subject to a 30x wagering requirement applied to the bonus amount. Wagering must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Eligible games for wagering contribution include slots (100% contribution), live casino games (10% contribution), and sports bets with minimum odds of 1.80 (100% contribution). The welcome bonus is available once per person, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.

4.3 Wagering Requirements. Until a bonus wagering requirement has been fully met, withdrawal of the bonus balance or any winnings accrued exclusively from bonus funds is not permitted. Real-money deposits made alongside a bonus are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time, provided that 1bdtk's standard withdrawal conditions are satisfied. If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus balance and any bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited.

4.4 Ongoing Promotions. 1bdtk regularly offers reload bonuses, cashback on net losses, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to significant Bangladesh calendar events including BPL season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year). Each promotion carries its own specific terms including start and end dates, eligible payment methods, minimum deposit amounts, and wagering requirements. Users are responsible for reading the full terms of any promotion before opting in.

4.5 Bonus Abuse Policy. 1bdtk reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or claw back any bonus — and suspend or permanently close the associated account — where there is evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: (a) creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; (b) coordinating with other users to place opposing bets designed to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk (bonus arbitrage); (c) using automated software or betting systems to meet wagering requirements; (d) placing bets specifically excluded from wagering contribution at odds below the minimum threshold; and (e) any other conduct that, in 1bdtk's reasonable judgement, exploits promotional terms in a manner not intended.

4.6 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. 1bdtk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn while a User is actively wagering toward a requirement, 1bdtk will provide a reasonable period for completion before cancelling the outstanding bonus.

6.1 Game Integrity. All casino games available on 1bdtk — including slots, live dealer tables, Dragon Tiger, crash games, and table games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by internationally audited game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game outcomes are determined exclusively by the RNG and cannot be influenced by 1bdtk or any third party.

6.2 Return to Player (RTP). Each slot and RNG game on the 1bdtk platform displays its certified theoretical RTP percentage on the game information screen. RTP values represent long-run statistical averages across millions of game rounds and do not guarantee specific outcomes in any individual session or within any specific timeframe.

6.3 Sportsbook Bet Acceptance. Sports bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the system. Pre-match bets placed after the relevant event has started will be voided. In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time risk assessment and may be rejected, partially accepted, or returned to the user's balance at 1bdtk's discretion without prior notice.

6.4 Bet Voiding. 1bdtk reserves the right to void any bet — and return the stake to the user's account — in the following circumstances: (a) the bet was placed on an event or market that was incorrectly priced due to a technical error; (b) the bet was accepted in violation of these Terms; (c) the underlying Sporting Event is cancelled, abandoned, or declared void by the relevant governing body; or (d) the bet involves a fixture affected by confirmed match-fixing or corruption.

6.5 Disconnection Policy. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game or crash game round, the game will be settled according to the rules of the relevant game provider, using the server-side recorded game state at the time of disconnection. 1bdtk accepts no liability for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the user's side.

6.6 Maximum Winnings. A maximum single-session payout cap may apply to individual games or betting markets. Where a payout cap applies, it will be stated in the game's terms or on the relevant sportsbook market page. 1bdtk reserves the right to limit maximum payout amounts per transaction at its sole discretion.

8.1 Platform Availability. 1bdtk makes no warranty that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party infrastructure failures, or events beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. 1bdtk will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where practicable but accepts no liability for losses arising from platform unavailability.

8.2 No Warranty. The 1bdtk platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1bdtk expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 1bdtk does not warrant that the platform is free of viruses, errors, or other harmful components.

8.3 Limitation of Damages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1bdtk's total aggregate liability to any individual user arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the platform, or any services provided — whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or any other legal theory — shall not exceed the total value of real-money deposits made by that user in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.4 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. In no event shall 1bdtk be liable to any user for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, loss of opportunity, or any other intangible losses, even if 1bdtk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.5 User Responsibility for Gambling Losses. Gambling involves financial risk. All wagers placed on 1bdtk are made voluntarily by the user. 1bdtk accepts no responsibility for gambling losses incurred by users and will not refund any amount lost through normal gameplay, subject to the exceptions outlined in Section 6 (bet voiding) and Section 4 (bonus rules). Users are encouraged to gamble within their financial means and to use the responsible gaming tools described in the Responsible Gaming page.

8.6 Third-Party Services. The 1bdtk platform integrates third-party services including game providers, payment processors, and identity verification services. 1bdtk is not liable for any failure, delay, error, or data breach originating from a third-party service provider, provided that 1bdtk has exercised reasonable care in the selection and monitoring of such providers.

8.7 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution. These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them — including disputes regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law. In the event of a dispute, users are encouraged to first contact 1bdtk support at [email protected] so that the matter may be resolved informally. Where informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days, the dispute may be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules.

8.8 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotion-specific terms published on the 1bdtk platform, constitute the entire agreement between 1bdtk and the user with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings of any kind, whether written or oral.
